Lets say Wednesday, January 13th is the deadline. I'll decide some time that day....I'm not telling you when....just some random time I'll run the ole RNG and come up with a number and post it. (unless of course Gene e-mails me and tells me to draw now...giggles)
I can't tell you how much I've enjoyed reading all these comments. Thoroughly entertaining and enjoyable that is for sure. I've been working my way down the list replying to everyone. I can't thank you enough for all the kind words and the comradery.
By the way....I have a bone to pick with some of you....I love you comments but if you are a non-reply blogger I can't even reply to you. SOOOO lets just nip that in the bud today....what do you say?
- go to https://www.google.com/accounts/ManageAccount
- click on Blogger Settings
- be sure the box for "Show my email address" is checked.
- click Save Profile
Lastly....I just have to say....some of us sound pretty bad....we are all into "Fast and Easy"....hmmmm. Guess we tripped into that one. I'm thinking there could be better words these folks could choose for their quilt books...LOL :)
Smiles,
Kelly
lol! Well, Kelly, they could be "cheap and easy"... ... LOL Thanks for the handy tip on the No Reply Blogger ... sad to be unable to reply when nice comments are left! Take Care!
ReplyDeleteI have that problem too, too many no replies.
ReplyDeleteHard to give away things, sometimes, lol.
Debbie
Better titles? NO, Eleanor Burns has copyrighted every quilt pun that can be mistaken for a lewd act. Sorry, Charlie.
ReplyDeleteHappy monday! Still machine-less. Going to head to michaels for something to do. Going nuts.
ReplyDeleteI wonder why people still have no-reply. It's been all over how to fix it, but maybe they just like being anonymous?
ReplyDeleteOh Kelly, I so agree with your comment regarding our tripping into "Fast and Easy!" Let's all think about 'feeling the joy" and loving the process itself... it doesn't always have to be 'instant gratification!"
ReplyDeleteWeeeelllll, I have a dear, dear friend, whom I absolutely LOVE to pieces, and she's a WONDerful quilter, and generous to boot. However, when it comes to computers, she is definitely challenged. Challenging, too, trying to help her, but let's just say, she'd rather not. Too bad, because technology can be a wonderful thing...but...not for her. Leads only to frustration and short tempers. Sooooooo.....she will probably remain clueless, and probably misses out on all the wonderful prizes & blogs. :(
ReplyDeleteHugs all around!
I just tried changing my blogger settings. See if it works now. Sheesh.
ReplyDeleteLOL - fast and easy - yep, sounds pretty bad!
