I g...My favorite class was learning Hand Applique. I grew up doing hand embroidery and cross stitch and feel most comfortable doing hand sewing, so hand applique is perfect for me. The teacher was very patient and had lots of tips that made the work go smoothly. Normally the ah ha is a short cut, tool or technique that I did not know about prior to the class. The last class I took was for machine quilting, she had us pull the bobbin thread to the top then use a self-threading needle to bury the threads in the quilt...ah ha!
