Sorry for the bad picture. This was being demonstrated at the Quilt Market. It is like a sewing machine in the sense that you need a surface to put your fabric on while you feed it through the machine. It worked great. So if you are considering becoming a "stripper" I say go for it :)

We're suppose to be having demos at work soon on the rotary cutting machine and the bias tape maker.I would love to get one of those cutters I think. Need to save my pocket change!
ReplyDeleteThat would be a handy gadget to have to cut all of the strips that I need to have cut before the Ami Simms workshop next week!
ReplyDeleteI had to take a second look when I saw your post. May I ask how it works and is it accurate?
ReplyDeleteThis machine is fantastic. It only took me 1/1/2 hours to cut all my strips for an entire quilt while sitting down at my sewing table. No more sore back from leaning over cutting the strips. Where can I buy replacement blades?
ReplyDeleteThis is the neatest machine. It only took me 1 1/2 hours to cut all my strips for an entire quilt and did it sitting down at my sewing table. I want to know where I can but replacement blades.

I just got one and am having trouble cutting strips that are even (the same size all the way along). Is there a trick to this?
