Chilhuly's work is amazing and sooo beautiful. Thank you for sharing.
ReplyDeleteOh my gosh, that glasswork is just beautiful!!!!!
ReplyDeleteFirst thought would be the Corning Museum of Glass, but I don't think that's right. I think you are a little further from home than that!
ReplyDeleteI think you are at the Atlantis resort in the Bahamas

Hmmm...thought I could Google and find out.....are you near a "needle"?
ReplyDeleteOh..no, I was wrong..but now I know. hehehee SAT! hehehe
ReplyDeleteI think you are in Naples with the whole family!!
ReplyDeleteI saw a big exhibit of Chilhuly glass in St. Louis about five years ago. They were all over the Botanical Garden. I grabbed some nice pix also.
ReplyDeleteI haven't the foggiest notion but wherever you are I know you are having a wonderful time. BTW, I received my beautiful Sewing Tote in all it's Teal coolness!! I feel so "hip" and I don't do hip. LOL!! I bought my daughter a Tote 3 yrs. ago for her sewing machine and all I could find was the carpet bagger type of fabric...you know the kind...looks like a Fuller Brush door to door salesman. So....since My baby (she's only 27?? ha!) was so nice and acted like she liked it anyway (she's like that) I'm going to switch with her and give this Teal & Black Patent little Honey of a sewing tote to Anna Laura for her May Birthday. It will be hard to give it away but my baby girl goes to lots of craft venues to sell her wares and the Teal bag would look so much nicer. The other bag is very nice but not quite as cool as the teal one I bought from you! I've mailed your check! Thank you so much!

I'm nicer than that I would not have called you a Whichita...ll! HEHE I crack me up! I'm pretty sure I am a good stalker!
ReplyDeleteBut alas I have to take back my last because The arch is in San Antonio (that is where my Brother lives) You playin tricks on us...
ReplyDeleteBased on my short investigation, I would say that you are in Austin TX considering the big ole fish with horns you caught the other day. Love Chihuly's glass work.
ReplyDeleteVegas at the Bellagio hotel.
ReplyDeleteI think you were at the Museum of Glass in Tacoma (or on the bridge over the highway that leads to the museum). I've been there once about 15 years ago--would love to go back. Thanks for the pictures!

I saw the show at the Bellagio when Sherri lived there and also his show here in Pittsburgh at Phipps Conservatory, among the flowers. How beautiful! Such talent!
ReplyDeleteI don't know where in the world you are but I can just see you laying on the floor taking pics of the ceiling....how fun is that!!!! And a beach...oh a beach...
ReplyDeleteI give up, but it certainly looks like fun. When do we get to see pictures of the fish you caught? Or, have you eaten all of them?
ReplyDeleteHave fun, be safe. I'll be here when you get back.

Wherever you are it looks like you are having an amazing time! Have fun!
ReplyDeleteI know where you are and what a wonderful old place it is. Lots of history and of course the entire state is good for fishing. I can't imagine where you saw the longhorn though.
ReplyDeleteI cheated and googled to see more pictures of the ceiling and boy was I wrong about where you are.
ReplyDeleteIs there sand beaches in OKC? Don't think there are longhorns in Nevada, but, I could be wrong. Hmmm... I really don't think there are any longhorns in London.
ReplyDeleteIs that the Bellagio ceiling in the lobby? It looks similar, but are you fishing in the fountains????
