Yes...I did crop the photo to remove the license plate....being menopausal is one thing...being stupid is another...LOL.
After seeing this amazing view....I went here ...
After noticing the Museum was closed.... I enjoyed a wonderful lunch with the lovely person who's reflection is in the Museum photo above this one. Hmmmmm....can you guess who it was?
Those are the only clues for today. Tomorrow I'll reveal where I am ( I know I said on Sat...but trust me...there will be even more giveaways and it will be more fun this way :)
Giggles, Snickers, and Smiles,
Kelly
SAntiago is in SAn Diego.
ReplyDeleteOkay if it isn't Hawaii then I'm going to guess that it is somewhere in southern California - where it's hot but close to the ocean. Wish I knew the country better :)
ReplyDeleteYou are in sunny San Diego. If you have time go back go Visions, there's also a Watercolor Society gallery in the same complex worth a visit as well.
ReplyDeleteI googled the museum and came up with San Diego, California.
ReplyDeleteAs an Aussie I have no idea but I am hoping.
central california coast ... it's been almost 40 years since i've been there. i've been to san diego about 10 years ago. i don't think it's sourthern california. that's as close as i can guess.
ReplyDeleteBeing Dutch, I decided to google the museum as well. Thank heavens I am not the only nut out there.... San Diego California it said!
ReplyDeleteLOL..yes indeed, Carmen Sandiego, you are in California in or near San Diego.
ReplyDeleteSan Diego. I didn't know about that museum when I was there but I wish I had.
ReplyDeleteGiving us the name of the museum was your mistake. It can be Googled. San Diego.
ReplyDeleteScruffiness, freeway and ocean can only mean California and San Diego is where that museaum is located. Have fun!
ReplyDeleteO.K. reading the comments obviously you're in San Diego, are you with Darlene? I'm jealous now.
ReplyDeleteSo apparently you're in San Diego - and I didn't even have to use google! Thanks everyone!
ReplyDeleteFantastic views!
You are in san diego, Ca where the Visions art museum is located! Have fun!
ReplyDeleteIt's not Hawaii, there is no Souplantation there. I'm second guessing my first choice Florida...my guess now is San Diego California...looks like you were at Disney in your previous post... and having fun!! Pauline
ReplyDeleteDRIVE NORTH!!!!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteIsn't Souplation fabulous. We have the same restaurant here but it is called Sweet Tomatoes. We love it!! Have fun.
ReplyDeleteI should have known where you were--I lived there for 10 years. Have an enjoyable time and I too love Souplantation!
ReplyDeleteVisions Art Museum is in San Diego and I LOVE that place! Too bad it was closed you would have loved it too.
ReplyDeleteyou are just soooo funny!!!
ReplyDeleteYou are in San Diego, the Zoo is my favorite place in the world! Sorry the museum was closed...but now you know where it is for the next time!
ReplyDeleteMy husband(my special travel companion) likes to just head out and take the road less traveled...so it often leads to"alone time" for us-albeit in the car!
How about Australia? I think those trees are native to Australia.

Looks to me like the land of fun...you know, the kind you make & take with you whatever state you're in! I've never seen the Pacific Ocean in real life, so thanks for sharing the views!
ReplyDeleteGlad y'all are having so much fun!! :)
I think you are in California. I saw a sneak peek of you at a fabric company on facebook today. :-) You can't hide from us.
ReplyDeleteSo after googling I think you are in the San Diego area. Is there a Lego Land around there?
ReplyDeleteBarb@Witsend
Now those photos look like you are on the CA coast but not sure where.
ReplyDeleteSan Diego - wais it one of my choices day one or whenever. I like Old Town San Diego, Mexican food, La Jolla...
ReplyDeleteSewcalgal - your are right they are eucalypts/gum trees which like anything introduced grow like weeds in CA.
Bottlebrush (because flowers look like them) or Callistemon remembering waking up, going down to breakfast there was a bottlebrush turn 180 there was a gum tree. Very confusing had to keep reminding self in CA, in CA. USA. It was San Diego.
So, it is not Hawaii; but the water looks wonderful. I hope you are having a great, and well-earned break. Sam
